OISCA International is the largest non-profit organisation (NPO) in Japan. With a mission to "serve humanity through environmental, social, cultural, and economical sustainable development" OISCA has established developmental projects in more than thirty countries for over half a centry.
オイスカ・インターナショナル（The Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement-International）は、「すべての人々がさまざまな違いを乗り越えて共存し、地球上のあらゆる生命の基盤を守り育てようとする世界」を目指して1961年に設立されました。本部を日本に置き、41の国と地域で活動を展開する国際NGOです。

Our curriculum
教育カリキュラム
Our educational framework draws inspiration from the Japanese early years foundation, which prioritizes learning through play. In Indonesia, we embrace a distinctive approach known as "Pancasila Education," centered on five core principles: tolerance, compassion, unity, dialogue, and mutual assistance. Our objective is to cultivate an education system that harnesses the strengths of Japanese, Indonesian, and western pedagogies.
日本の幼稚園教育要領をもとに保育を遂行しています。多くの遊びを取り入れながら学ぶカリキュラムになっています。 インドネシアには、「パンチャシラ教育の５原則」をというものがあり、「寛容・思いやり・結びつき・話し合い・助け合い」を学校で行うことに重点を置いています。インドネシアで大切にされている考え方と、日本の教育で大切にされているもの、更に西洋の良いところも取り入れながらカリキュラムを作成しております。

In our kindergarten, children will have the opportunity to learn about Indonesian, Japanese, and Western cultures. They will have hands-on experiences and learn to respect the unique cultural aspects of each country.
私たちが大切にしているのは、自分の起源を知り、異文化も学び、お互いの文化を尊重できるようになることです。海外にいながら、日本・インドネシア・西洋の文化を経験し、アイデンティティの確立を促します。異文化を尊重し、おやごさんもともに楽しみ学べるような内容を目指しています。
Cherish of the mother tongue
母国語も大切に
English is important; however, we also recognize the significance of nurturing and preserving one's mother tongue. Each country has a beautiful language that is intricately connected to its culture. At our kindergarten, we value and cherish the languages of each country represented. As a result, we offer bilingual classes where children have the opportunity to learn and appreciate multiple languages.
世界中の人とコミュニケーションをとるのは大切で、英語を学ぶことの重要性は常に語られていますが、ダブルリミテッド、セミリンガルになってしまってはもったいない。母国語もきちんと学びながら、英語を学ぶと、言語の作りの違いに気づいたり、言語の背景にある文化の違いにも気づくことができます。自分の国に誇りを持ち、アイデンティティを確立させ、英語を伸ばすために母国語はとても重要です。弊園では母国語を大切にしながら英語を学ぶことによって、世界に羽ばたくお子さんたちの育成をお手伝いいたします。
